Life is a series of phases that we transition through. The first phase of my career began as a teacher and a secondary school counselor after completing my B.A. at Elmira College and my M.S. at the University of Scranton. In the second phase of my career I trained for and received my license to practice psychotherapy in the state of Virginia. I have had a successful private practice for the last 20 years helping individuals and couples achieve healthier, more satisfying lives. The third phase of my career brought an interest in the field of coaching. I am now a certified life and retirement coach after completing my training and credentialing at Coach U, and then later at Retirement Options.
